Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, treatment interest and any information you volunteer in a message; consultation and treatment records (medical history, medication, previous treatments, patch-test results, treatment settings, aftercare notes); appointment history; and payment references handled by our booking platform.

To respond to your enquiry, to plan and deliver treatments safely, to keep the clinical records the law requires us to keep, to remind you of appointments, to protect the clinic and its clients (e.g. safeguarding and insurance), and to comply with our legal obligations.

We rely on your consent to contact you about enquiries and marketing where relevant, on contract to deliver treatments and appointments you have booked, on legal obligation to keep clinical records, and on legitimate interest to run the clinic securely and improve our service.
